Ova web stranica prikuplja i obrađuje osobne podatke putem obrasca za kontakt i putem Matomo, samostalno hostiranog softvera za web analitiku. Nikakvi se podaci ne prenose vanjskim oglašivačkim uslugama ili društvenim mrežama.
3. Hosting and Server Log Files
This website is operated on our own servers. When you access this website, the web server automatically stores information in server log files: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request, IP address. This data cannot be attributed to specific individuals. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the error-free operation of the website).
4. Contact Form
When you contact us via the contact form, your details (name, email address, optionally company, message) are stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry. This data is transmitted by email to info@avamboo.de. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Your data will be deleted after your inquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. SSL/TLS Encryption
This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons. An encrypted connection is indicated by the browser's address bar changing from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock icon in the browser bar.
6. Fonts
This website uses self-hosted fonts (Mulish and Open Sans). No external services such as Google Fonts are used. No data is transmitted to third parties when loading fonts.
7. Web analitika s Matomo
Ova web stranica koristi Matomo, samostalno hostiran open-source softver za web analitiku. Matomo se koristi isključivo na našim vlastitim poslužiteljima (statistik.avamboo.de); nikakvi podaci ne prenose se trećim stranama. Matomo bilježi: skraćenu IP adresu (posljednji oktet briše se prije pohrane), posjećene stranice i vrijeme provedeno, URL referera, vrstu i verziju preglednika, operativni sustav, razlučivost zaslona i kategoriju uređaja. Pravna osnova je čl. 6(1)(f) GDPR-a (legitimni interes za poboljšanje web stranice). Anonimizacija IP adresa je aktivirana; identifikacija pojedinaca nije moguća.
